General codebox location multijet???

If you're referring to what used to be known as a "code box" for the immobiliser, they're usually built into a car's body computer now. No separate box.
.

Cheers Davren I had a sneeking suspicion that may be the case.. is the body computer built into the fusebox as with the mk2 and mk2b or is there a seperate body computer under the dash?? In the glovebox?? cheers for the replys guys.. I shall look into removing and sending it away...

Cheers again

Yes... it's the part at the back of the dashboard fuse box. Usually grey but I think it's black on some GPs

the fault is now saying hill hold disabled and esp traction control ect and wiring fault... the car wont go above 10mph

Im thinking maybe a abs sensor or something but ive also read in the faqs that these suffer quite badly from electrical faults due to moisture and also bad earthing

any help here guys will be much appreciated as always... im usually over in the cento section so this is all new to me

cheers in advance guys
