basically on a FWD car, there is no specifically provisioned way to check the gearbox oil level. How you do it is open up the hole which is used for filling up the gearbox (usually on the front of the gearbox, facing the bumper).

Once there start squeezing in gearbox oil through whatever bottle you got, when oil starts to come out of the same hole, then the maximum amount of oil is already in the gearbox.

So in summary, the filling up access hole of the gearbox is your oil level
