Hi I have a 2007 punto 1242 8v and both front electric windows are not working the car will not start not cranking and the main 30amp fuse in engine fuse box has no power ,no power at starter connection immobilizer ligt on constantly ,Just been diagnosied as body control module fault quoted £478 from fiat can get ecu body module and door barrels off a comparable model for£140 is it possible to fit

I do not think it will work.
Because you will need o pair the Body computer with the ECU, and as far as i know you can only do that if the Body computer is virgin.
So the best way would be to also get the ECU and the transponder chip from the keys.

I might be wrong! please double check.

I am getting ECU , body control module , ign ring , keys and barrels from donor car so they are all off same car

You might still have trouble pairing them to the abs module, or the airbag ECU.
All that being said, are you sure it's not a problem with the wiring , or as simple as another fuse?

Did you have some diagnostic equipment on it? something like MES?
Can you connect to the ECUs?

I have spent to much on garages and dealers diagnostics to find out it was not the problem. and i could cure my problems with 1 washer!

followed the instruction immobilizer still on and car will not crank
