General HELP Window motor working but window not moving!

Just fitted a window deflector and after putting the window up, it was a squeeze then it stopped moving. The window stopped and it sounded like parts from the windows mechanism fell apart. Like bolts in a washing machine. Currently tapped the window over going to look at it soon.

I've changed the regulator before, it's a fairly simple mechanism, you can take your door card off and have a look without worrying about opening a can of worms. Does the window move at all if you try forcing it down, or slip down by itself for that matter?

Took the door card off, the pulley system has slipped off it's wheel. Should be easy to fix but for now I've just jammed the window in place. It's solid and water tight.
