Hi All,

It's my first post on here so greetings. I need a spare wheel for my 2008 GP 1.2 and am wondering what the OEM spare is/was? I wanted to get a 15" space saver with a jack kit but I can't find one anywhere. I was also thinking about getting a 14" space saver from a Mk 2 as there are loads of them on ebay with tool kits etc but I don't know if they will fit a grande?

I was also looking into flat tyre kits (the can of goo etc) but again cant find anything on the web? There is also the problem of filling the wheel shaped hole in the boot which supports the boots carpet! My question really is, what should have come with the car originally? As mine came with nothing! Got it 2nd hand at a small dealership so there were bits missing! What do you guys have in yours? I wanted a space saver as I'm looking to save weight.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Don't get a mk2 wheel as they are different fitment. If you cant find a wheel for a GP then get one for a 2006 onwards corsa as the GP is built on the same platform.

Hi there , my 1.2 gp has a steel 15 inch rim . Don't put a space saver on it as it won't fit ! Best bet is ebay or fiat breaker .

Same as above mate. Alternatively if u buy the goo ect I have the plastic casing to fill the void in boot if u need it

Thanks for the above advice, much appreciated. Had a look on Ebay and unfortunately there aren't a great deal of space savers for the Corsa 2006- either. I'll certainly keep my eyes peeled though.

Shaun6017 that sounds like a good option, thanks for the offer. How much would you want for it? Can you send me a picture by any chance? What items does it take, i.e what brand Tyre sealant? Is there anything else that goes in it? Or doesn't it matter?

Sorry for all the questions, just got my GP so haven't a clue about this!
