I posted the other day about the yellow warning triangle being displayed on my 1.9 GP Sporting.

I hooked the car upto my laptop today and this is what the error is:

PO520: Oil Pressure Switch

Anyone know much about this error, also how much im looking at to get it replaced?

I had it on my 100HP. £10 from eBay and a two minute job. Once the new one is in, no need to clear any faults - it clears itself.

Is there a guide out there or a picture of where abouts it is?Is it a simple unplug the old and plug in the new?

Usually they live on the oil filter housing or pipework near it look at eper on the top line of the home page to find your engine type its on the vin tag in the boot

I have 1.3 JTD 2015 and oil switch is on cylinder head on front right hand side. Easy to change with a long reach socket. Can be easier if air filter box removed. Changing switch did not clear my oil pressure fault. Oil pressure is virtual pressure generated using other sensors and an artificial Neural Network. or Algorithm.
