Had to replace the regulator on the passenger side window. Glass was fine but regulator was sticking.

Everything off and out and new regulator in but how does the regulator "connect" to the glass. Does it just sit through the hole? And where does the thing that looks like a hook fit. Am assuming that it connects to the regulator, as it came with it but where does the hook piece sit? Should have taken more notice when I took it apart although in my defence the hook part was broken off the piece in question.

Any help, diagrams, pictures would be greatly appreciated.
