I'm changing the front door handles now and when I put the new one in with the existing rod the handle is slightly up and will not sit flush. Also it will not open the door when pulled.

When I put the original one on it works fine. I'm so confussed

Yea mate. All,sorted now I had to make the rod longer but the other side went perfect

I need to fix a broken door handle. Is it easy to get it off?
