Hi guys, looking into lowering the car but not sure of which springs to go for  I know a lot of people recommend Eibach sportlines but the Apexs are a fair bit cheaper. Looking for some advice before I shed out for some rubbish springs!

Thanks in advance :)

You get what you pay for quality wise, and eibachs are tried/tested/proven to be a quality and give perfectly desired lows without sacrificing ride quality. No brainier IMO.

Cheaper springs are more likely to give a stiffer more unpleasant ride. Not guaranteed mind.

You can pick second hand eibachs up for less than £100 if you keep your eyes open too :)

Mines sitting on H&R's and it's not too bad tbh, cost me £135 I think :s lowers it abit lower than eibachs and it handles alright, quite stiff tho tbh but I don't mind :) I would of got eibachs tbh if they had them in stock when I was wanting them before mod nats but I got told there not much worse H&Rs than eibachs, but yehh I'd probably pay that extra £25 for them if they had them in at the time, up to you tho :)

If you can find some cheap eibachs, snatch them up straight away without any hesitation! :)

Thanks for the advice guys, pretty much sold the eibachs to me :) I've found them for £145 online brand new but there's no second hand ones on eBay atm :( think ill take the plunge and go for them. I'll also be replacing the strut tops at the same time to stop the annoying 'boingy' sound when turning the wheel at low speeds
