Hey All

Im new to the forum and would like some advice in what to do with my dub edition punto!

Never owned a Fiat before so bot only am I new to the forum but also new to the brand!

I get my car tomorrow and its a grey Grande Punto DUB in the grey colour!. I have already ordered some foatforum stickers !

But what should I do with the car?
 
Keep it well serviced :) and Clean ;)

The amount of cars ive seen that have had a fortune poured into them but are running like a bag of spanners is shocking.....

Take a look at the members motors section for some ideas... There is plenty of tinkering that can be done.. But just be aware of any potential Insurance implications if you start mod-ing the car (not been a kill joy but you dont want to be in the position to have the insurance refuse to pay out should the worst happen) ;)


IIRC the DUB is an active with a DAB radio and stripe kit.....

I'd start with the speakers the OEM ones are pish poor

Thanks ! And yeah I know the dub is just an active with stripes and dab radio ! Just wondered whether the fact it was a dub made a differenve in terms of what mods etc ! Oh and of course the dub alloys !

Quick question! Can you change the gear know on the punto and if so how ?

Cleannn. Nice GP.

I think darker Sporting headlights would suit better than Abarths on this IMO. Definitely needs some lows though, i'd suggest Eibachs. Actually like the door strips on this colour GP, they blend in more and visually look good. I dislike the red stripe though, thats tacky IMO. Other good things to do as suggested are wind deflectors, simple and effective mod. Slight tint on rear 3 windows would look good also. Looks like you have top silver grill, bottom black - get your top one sprayed black, or get a debadged black one. Either works and will look great. Set of rear official mud guards, really sets the 'bum' of the Punto off.

You must be chuffed with your motor :)

Nice looking GP, i really like those alloys!

IMO all it needs is lowering, black upper grill and different headlights.

That colour would definately suit S2 sporting headlights more than Abarth ones.

Get rid of the red strip too

The upper grill is black just has silver round the outside of the grill !
