Hi

I recently had an advisory on my MOT because my top strut mounts had gone.. making a creaking/springy noise as i turn the wheel.

My question is, are these what i need??..

Yes mate that's them but get them off SP Petch, they're a Fiat parts dealer and they're cheaper too.

No problem at all Remember, you need 2 of them - always change in pairs (like brake pads, springs etc).

Agree, i only changed one of mine when it went and low and behold, the other one wasnt too far behind so what should have been done in a day took two separate days to sort out (not a full day as it's not that big a job). Should have done them together .

I've just changed mine as I was getting a knocking sound when turn full lock. That's exactly what u need, 30min job per side

more like 45 mins as if you are struggling to get the top nuts off the wipers and scuttle need to come off for access

I only unscrew the scuttle and bent it around lol was enough room for movement, but aye your prob right lol

i cut a square of the scuttle mesh out to get the socket on then zapped it off with the windy gun :devil:
