right sussed it it was the resistor just connected a wire on resistor to bypass it and fan blew so new resistor it is dont know what that 30 amp fuse is for top right thanks fior your help 07wes

Its the big orange 40 amp top right next to the big blue one and black relay.

sorry this is someone elses picture i ment the 30 amp big green one top right of picture

Green one is for the heated rear window. Glad you sorted it mate. A relief for me too, I was willing you to fix it! Wouldn't mind but I haven't even got a punto lol its my wifes car, only came on here cos needed to solve a cold start issue! Seemed a good site though so been keeping an eye on it.

just put every thing back together touched resistor and fan started to work must be loose wire problem solved all working good now thanks for help
