What does interchanging the rear fog / reverse lights from LHD to RHD specifications really means?
I need these two 51718014 (foglight) and 51718013 (back-up light).
But what about their wiring?

.......or just buy a new GP here in the UK......how long u gonna be here for?

Have you checked insurance yet for LHD drive car in the UK?

The entire speedo cluster you mean? I guess that’s also a solution… it sounds a bit more complex though… to remove the entire panel instead of just the fascia… plus last time I checked on ebay I couldn’t find a compatible one (e.g. revs counter up to 8000)

I'm confused as to why you need one that shows up to 8k? Still only revs to 6.5?

As OP has said he wants his sporting for personal / sentimental reasons.

Agreed and not disputing that but has the OP actually asked for an insurance quote for a lhd grande punto and listed all the chnages he's going to have to make. Expect a large loading over and above his normal price as his car will not be standard with no modifications. Worth checking bfore all the pain to convert. Done it the other way round once.

Conclusion: I’ve finished with the entire process a few months ago, it wasn’t that hard after all, nor too expensive… A bit time consuming maybe!
If anyone is interested in doing this in the future, my only suggestion would be to have lots of time available!
Hello. I am doing the same process with my LHD italian Grande Punto.
@ gi_viper. What was the solution for having the speed in mile/h Did you changed the original cluster with a UK one or did you just replace the facia panel where the speed is marked? Thanks.

I replaced it with one from a UK model, which worked perfectly fine; you should check for compatibility first though e.g. by using fiat eper.

I also tried with the facia but it's really not worth the trouble.

PM me if you want additional details

Hi. Thanks a lot for your quick answer. I am trying to do the same today. I bought on ebay from punto spares an analogue speedo. Hope it goes well. Thanks also for the fiat eper. I was not aware about it.
