All it says on documents is Fiat Grande Punto Gp and I can't find anything on the doors

Yeh trim level is GP.
The last variation of Grande Punto before the Punto Evo.
By "on the doors" they mean a silver tag on the drivers side door sill (on the left as you look at the open door)

Maybe its only mine, would love to know if anybody else apart from me has this mythical sticker. Thought it was added by fiat but now i'm starting to wonder if the garage stuck it on

My car has one says something like "Grande Punto 1:9 Sporting (130)"
