My sister is having bother with her 09 Grande punto, The wipers Have randomly stopped working, the other day they were fine when she went back to the car a couple hours later, but today had to abandon the car in town. i Cant find a fuse for wipers, and i can hear a relay click when you turn them on. so dont know whats going on.
Also disconnected the battery on the off chance it might reset something, but nothing....
Anyone have any ideas on loose wiring or such like?

All advice much appreciated.

can you hear the wiper working (drivers side under plastic trim at bottom of windscreen?)

nope, nothing, wiper is stopped at 45 degrees.

Does the wiper motor operate if you hold the screen wash on for a few seconds? Have you got a hand book?

Hi, I had this problem how it wasn't intermittant the front wipers just stopped working! I also could hear the relay kicking in round about the glovebox... Fortunately it was under warranty and they replaced the wiper motor.
I tried finding the fuse before I took it in but couldn't find it in the book

Exactly the same!! my sisters is out of warranty tho. maybe have to hit ebay.

Andy - it does nothing, motor isnt running at all,
I take it to get to the wiper motor plug i need to take the wiper arms off and then the plastic scuttle panel? what pins on the plug should i find a voltage? or will i just go trial and error?
