Hi All,

I know this is a school boy topic but i've never had to do this really.

Basically, my coolant is at minimum level and needs changing or topping up.

I only changed it about 4 months ago but obviously I didn't put enough in previously.

My question is, should I top up or should I change it completely? I cannot remember the name of the previous stuff I used, nor can I remember what ratio I filled it up with.

The new coolant I have bought is at least the same colour, but i'm not sure whether to simply top up, or change the lot.

Did you ever sort that leaking hose out?

I just topped mine up with water, yes diluted it a wee bit but it's getting changed shortly at it's service anyway.

If im honest andy, iv kept a close watch and the hose and I honestly dont think its leaking anymore. Not sure how that works, unless it was secured at service?

Just changed coolant, i tried to wait for the fan to come on as in your guide, but after 30 mins at running temperature it still hadnt come on so switched off.

Hopefully no issues there.
