Can't believe I've never spotted it before but where my wind screen wipers move under my scuttle board (spl?) (drivers side) they've been rubbing I'm not sure how long for and I assume these wipers are factory standard as I've never changed them in the 3 years I've owned the car. Well the worst bit about it is they have actually marked and rubbed damage into both my scuttle board and windscreen wiper . I'm severely disappointed in this and would like to know the extent of the problem as I shall be visiting fiat in regards to this. See photos for details of the damage

yupp my drivers side one does it :/ no matter what i do it still does it, so iv left it atm

Mine also did this on one side.
But only when I closed the hood.
It was fixed by adjusting the hood.
A bit forward and the part near the windows a bit higher.

It looks like someone's been opening the bonnet with the wipers across the screen.

hm... it looks it's common problem. somehow edge of hood catch wiper handle when closing it... i bet it's possible to relocate handle for one teeth higher.
