this has been on here a lot but just cant seem to find what i need

ive got a grande punto 1.4 sport 07

i got my mot tomoz and for a main bulb out and both my fog lights not working

ive replaced the bulbs and still not working..

the fog lights:

one is missing the adappter from the wire to the blulb.. where can i get that form ???
and the outher just will not work..

could it just be a fuse,, ? and if so where could this be found ? ?
