So I orderd some Abarth headlights for my 07 gp a couple of weeks ago.
Got the deliverd pretty quick and put them away.

Today was fitting time so I pulled the car apart to do this.
A hell of a job by the way.

The right one went straight in.
Fitted a resistor for the led and fitted the xenon bulbs.
Plugged it in a ok it worked.

The I started on the left one.
Fitted the resistor and led + the xenon.
Put it back in the car and found out the connector does not fit:bang:

Turned out I orderd the Right headlight but received one for GP's of 08 and up.

Is there any option to make my connector fit to the headlight?
I guess there's not option but a little hope is there.

sorry if im misunderstood, but could it be the reverse of this?

Sorry, bit confused. Did you order both the headlights together? If so how did one fit and the other not?

Yes I orderd them both.
Checked the order and they both should be 05 till 07.
But the left one is 08 and on.
Wrong delivery but never noticed that when I stored them.

I though about that but the connector plug is totaly differen so it won't even go in.
I though of swapping the connector from my old light to the new one with soldering the wires.
But I cannot get the connector loose on the new headlight.

Tomorrow I'm gonna fith the original light so it would look stupid a couple of weeks
But no other option.

I maild the seller hoping they send me a new one.
I pretty much made the one I have unable to sell as I fitted resistor, cut up the plastic cap and snapped the connector so that's gonna be difficult.
So probably have to pay for a new one I guess.
But I'm not planning on paying full price or shipment.

Probably the only thing you can do now then. Im sure if they are a decent seller they will realise their mistakes and send another asap.

I tried that one, but that requires to transplant the connector from the old light to the new one.
The new one wont loosen so thats a no go.
I also cracked it by trying:bang:

But I'm just hoping they will admid their mistake and send a new one without any problems.

Looks like two face at the moment
New light is on the left.

why the resistor? headlight and main beam are not covered by bulb warning light

Resistor is for led i used in the parking light.
Replacing the orginal light.
