Yep so had a 2nd turbo already about 6-7k ago, now there seems to be no boost watsoever till around 3100 rpm, egr valves bin done along with every other single thing on these **** engines, cant really diagnose this last time it locked and was completely goosed, this time there seems to be something there after 10mins of lag, pretty sick of this car in 2 years its cost me 5200£ in repairs alone

check all the boost hoses for splits or lose pipes.just give all the pipes a tighten up just incase one has started to come loose since you had your turbo changed before

Hi guys i now believe it is the egr had chance to have a look at smoke is escaping from the back, had one replaced 20k ago is this roughy how long they last, it was replaced at 28k.

Can any1 offer advice about egr blankIng and mapping out, ie pros and cons?
Thanks, just order a new shock and springs and numerous other toys, should of got an egr valve, stupid exhaust gases

if smoke is leaking out then it needs new joints or tightening up.

ive rendered mine useless by removing the flap in the throttle body, as when its removed, it stops creating a vaccum in the plenum to pull exhaust gases through the egr, it doesnt bring any engine light up as egr is still seeing a flow, just a really small one. checked mine, after 5 its clean as a whistle
