Has anybody tried/used or heard of anyone using an OBDLink module with their car with a DashCommand system?

For people who have not heard, it is a module that connects to the OBD-II port of a car, wirelessly transmitting data to a device such as an android tablet or built in computer.

Palmer Performance created an Android App called "DashCommand" which can bluetooth to the module in the link above, showing all data that your car watches over. Free to download app, check it out!

I have one from e bay cost me 14quid uses torque free obd from Google app store

Is it good? Have you got the blue tooth or wifi version, and does it display boost? I'm also aware of some being too big that the trim won't go back on...

Most wifi interfaces won't work with Android (unless you root and hack your phone) as Android doesn't support ad-hoc networks, so your phone won't be able to see the interface.

Just ordered an ELM 327 Bluetooth interface. Should be here monday!! Looking into buying a 7" tablet and mounting in my car... Thoughts?
