Have had my 09 sporting now for around 2 years and fancy the idea of putting the leather seats in. However I was wondering of anyone has done this swap and found the fabric more comfortable than the leather? This has only really come to an idea since driving an Audi a4 with leather seats that were very comfortable, my expectations of the sporting leather is for them to be quite hard though. Any help would be great but I'm gonna expect the answer of try find a car for sale with them and try it out

Can't comment specifically about the punto but I have had cars with leather in the past. I tend to find that it less comfy than cloth and can get very hot/cold.

i have the leather seats, there comfy and quite soft, but supportive.

but....

they scratch very very easily, so if you wear jeans/combats that have buttons on bum pockets, be very careful.

and long drives in hot weather = wet back even with aircon on
