im wanting to upgrade the cable for the door speakers has any one done this i cant seem work out how to get it threw the random clip on the door and not sure how u unclip it thanks

active so that sounds good so far
just cant unclip the gromet

I presume you're also fitting an amp? Otherwise the standard wiring is fine for use with most headunits, certainly not worth the effort of replacing if you're not amping the speakers.
yeah I am just need to pick it up got alright speakers need amping seeing how they go then may upgrade again lol

will do mate getting amp stataday going to attempt calbes tomorrow then all grovey and then may uprate my jbls when i have wonger

tad pissed of lol just was looking and seeing how to do it i have vibe cable so nice and flat so thought ill go threw the grommet and tight past the clip thing but it a bit tight mannaged to do it not sure think the cable is oky? bit of a bodge but i snaped the bloody clip so not the greatest ting may put bit of tape around it just to make sure it donset come uncliped

I've replaced all my speaker wire, all 4 speakers amped and a sub built into a box in the spare wheel well. Then false floor over do all you see is sub, 6 channel infinity amp hidden, vibe delta box to turn hi level speaker wire into 6 phono outs. Very loud :)

Rear speakers inside rear quarters are focal audio, quality of sound on them is unreal.

sorry my bad basically it goes grommet inside car then to a clip what has all the speaker cables door locks ect then grommet form door basically i went threw both of the grommets but squeezed the cable between the clip part bit of a bodge not very happy but didnt want to drill holes in the clips but snaped them when unpluging them sucks ass hope that makes it clear bit confusing ill take some pics when im done

Ran cables from boot, down opposite side to the power lead so no interference.

Under the cover that runs down past both seats, up the a pillar to the grommet on the car side, made a tiny hole and forced cable through, then same for grommet on door, left enough slack in the cable left in gap between door so it doesn't get stretched when door opened and closed. I used blue oxygen free cable that is round as easier to work with.

hmm that sounds the same as what i have done but what did u do about the clip thing ? between the door and car what has all the old speaker cables did u just squezz it past that too

hmm clever guy lol will look at that tomorrow wish i spoke to you before i did it rewind the clips but the kind of oky lol still clip up and lock

guys im almost there right hand side door all wired up now just need to take left and connect the new cables took a few pics amp Saturday cant wait just realized how crap the rear speakers are only ones what are on atm never use the lol
