Technical Gearbox noise?

Got news today.
The company that's gonna have to pay is sending an expert to the revision company first.
They want to check it them selfs.
Let's just hope is pretty worn so no argument can be started.

Called the garage today.
The expert took a look today.
They haven't got an official answer yet but the technician thinks they wanna blame it on the mileage of the car.
If the do they won't get rid of me for a whill as I will never agree with them on that.
The box is 165.000km old.
Ok the gearboxes on Punto's are ****ty as ^&(^*( but still i drive two other cars with each 170.000+ km on the clock.
So sound from the gears at all.
Even a 400.000 old Alaf 156 still sounds great.

So I think I may expect that a greabox must at least last 300.000Km.
Or more that 4 years...

Got the car back this evening.
It sounds much better.
Also got the clutch and flywheel replaced on my own costs.
But only parts no hours. 1460 euro's:(.
Tommorrow the drive to work wondering if it's better.

Not that I know of.
if I'm correct the same box is on Opel but there the 6th gear is some kind of plastic instead of metal?
I read it somewhere but find it hard to believe.

I drove to work today at it's a much smoother ride.
Less resonation inside the car.
The gearbox feels tight. Sloppy gearstick is gone.

I also got the clutch and flywheel replaced as they were on there way out.
And now it was just material and no labor.
So actualy I saved at least a 1000 euro's by doing it now(y)

Ok I drove about 120Km's today.
It runs great,tight shifting.

BUT,

I noticed that the gearstick judders a lot when decellerating in 3d gear.
Especially when it drop below 2000 rpm.
When driving in 3d gear it's still.

Noticed it did it once when accelerating.

Is this normal, what could it be?
Whole drive train is new/refurbised.
