hello there is some things about this but going to see what u think got a knockin noise while driveing took it to garadge and they said was anti roll bar bush and u can only get the hole bar also said that u need the droplinks ?
 
Much more likely that is is the drop links rather than a bush. If the bushes are indeed worn then it would be very odd if you had to change the bar as well but I wouldn't put anything past fiat's parts strategy.
 
think they was trying to rip me off cuz got check by some one else just the drop links
 
Update, the brackets aren't welded together, the two parts are pressed together, the side that has the two nuts welded on, the inside of it has like two metal tubes that are presssed into the bottom half of bracket.

I managed to get two parts apart with chisel, lump hammer and mole grips.

Once both parts are apart, I sawed off the two tube things so they go back together. Fitted the powerflex bushes, feels a lot stiffer :)

To get access to ect. N I take it that u had to bolt the brackets bck 2 getha afterwards
