Styling fly eyes vs lamin-x.

Hello all!

I'm looking at tinting my headlights and rear lights, as dark as possible, i know some of you have used fly eyes and some have used lamin-x, is there any difference between them, darkness, ease of fitting and passing an MOT.

Whenever I see light tinting threads the question that pops into my head is 'why?'.
Wouldn't you rather see where you're going at night, and be seen by the truck behind you when you stop in a queue on a motorway in heavy rain?

If the NEW MOT is carried out correctly it would be a failure.......

Reason for Rejection
An obligatory headlamp:

a inoperative, excessively damaged or deteriorated or has a product on the lens or light source so that the light output is well below that required to illuminate the road ahead

The only legal option would be to try and get your hands on some abarth headlamps or some off a s2 punto

depending on the age/ wiring of your car you might need to mess about with the wiring and swap yours into it..
