No offence Sam, but we need to make sure you've got the measurements right. Earlier on you said the diameter of the crankcase breather was 25mm, if that was the case then what you've got should fit. Going back and looking at it again, I assume what you measured was the hose, rather than the outlet, so the inner diameter of the crankcase tubing is 20mm, and the inlet tubing is 10mm which will equal then the diameters of the outlets. I think I finally get it now, right don't bin that t-piece, I think we can still use it!

You'll still need to get hold of a short length of 25mm rubber hose, but we can use a short section of the original crankcase breather hose to fill the gap between it and the 25mm hose, that sorts out how to connect the crankcase to the breather to the alloy t-piece. You'll also need a very short section of 12mm rubber tube and a 12-10mm straight plastic reducer section (like this) and that should be everything.

When it's all sorted, not only will it have been cheaper than a brand new GSR but you can proudly say you did it yourself .... mostly :p

Should have bought a gsr instead. Cheaper, less hassle, fitted in 10 mins, doesn't look ****e with loads of joints and different materials used. Do it right first time guys.

Fitted except the crankcase breather (need some more pipe)

I honestly thought buying the stuff myself would be cheaper than the gsr, which is why i did it. Instead it worked out more but im happy with it. The gsr does look tidier but its certainly made a difference nonetheless
