This is diesel only.
Are the hoses on the 1.9 the same as those on the 1.3? If not, can these flouro hoses be got for the 1.3?

This kind of info I can't provide, do what I did:
Remove hoses you want to upgrade,
Get a micrometer
Measure internal and external dimensions
Trawl eBay for hoses matching your measurements
If none, there's your answer
As for being sane as 1.3 or tjet? I don't know I have a 1.9...
Thanks mate, will measure the hose if it's split. But the problem as i discribe it could be a split turbo hose?

I've just changed the 90 degree bend pipe and still getting the same leak noise, so I'm assuming its "item 1" on the diagram, anyone know where I can get it not off fiat preferably?

Rather than guessing and wasting money, take bumper off, get an assistant to start engine and rev it to get some boost, then you'll Defo find the leak.
If it is item 1, same answer as usual, take it off and measure and search eBay for something similar,

I got the part number off fiat for item 1 and found it on ebay for £22 so happy days.

Did you find out that this noise was?
I lost a small nut from the cold inlet on my turbo, it looks like it has been sucked through the impellers and I think it's in the intercooler causing the noise!

Trust me, if a nut went through your turbo it would be game over. They spin at like over 200,000 rpm. It would obliterate the turbo

It would sound similar to this attacking mount everest:-
item 2 is the pipe this thread is about
item 3 is the j shaped pipe i referred too
item 4 is hard plastic
item 1 the long part is metal
Don't suppose anyone knows the measurements for the small silicone hose connecting the intercooler and metal hose (item 1) do they? Mine has just gone and I haven't taken it off yet.

I have oil coming out of the top of my pipe... Is it just the pipe I need to replace... Also is it just as easy as pulling the old pipe off and popping the new one on?

Can anyone help with the part number or dimensions for part 1? Really struggling to find a replacement, been looking for a while now. Won't be long before I'm pulled over cuz of the black smoke clouds!

If i remember correctly fiat have changed the whole set up due to them knowing its a failure think there is a new boost hose and a new metal pipe to buy cost me £130 i think, was awhile ago now though
I have part number one in my wardrobe i paid about that for it with the metal part
