I am new to this so please bear with me. I have a 2007 Grande Punto 1.9 JTD. 90k miles. Great car but since buying the car 2 years ago I had numerous issues with the electrics. After about a year of owning the car three lights came on, the traction control, ABS and parking light. The car still worked well and i eventually found out what the issues was. Under the passenger side wheel arch there is an access hatch and above that is the fuse box. Water had entered and corroded the lower part of the box. The fuse box had to be replaced at a cost of about £400. Private mechanic but the part had to come from Fiat.
A week ago the engine management light came on. When I go to accelerate I have a massive lack of power and cannot pull away quickly, when the rpms get to about 3000rpm the turbo will sometimes kick in. I have done a few journeys and sometimes it is ok.

Any advise would be much appreciated. Apologises for waffling on.

Dave.
