My GP is two weeks old and is running on stock 15" tires. The ride quality of the car is bumpy on smoother roads.

Tried balancing and also interchanging the tires. Can this be the issue with damper, spring or with any other parts?

could be warped alloys

Checked the alloys. There are no bends.

Could be snapped springs or leaky dampers. Have a good look at the suspension?

Some tyres are bumpier than others. What profile are they?

The tires are stock. 195/60 15 inch. The ride here is bumpier on regular roads. The car drives as if it is crossing a wooden plank every 5 meters

Bushes maybe?

I've dropped the car for inspection in A.S.S . Service personnel is saying this is the first kind of issues they are into and confident that they will fix this by inspecting all the tires, alloys, springs and dampers.

Today the car returned from inspection with the issue unresolved.

To add to the pain the wheel alignment has gone bad again. Thrice the wheel was aligned and the ride is the same.

Now am seriously concerned about the issue. Is it a manufacturing defect? Is there any known problem with the suspension or any other parts?

Tyre pressures?

No idea other than that if the shocks have been checked and they are fine, drop links maybe?
