hey i have bought a sony headunit for my grande punto and i have just bought a facia adapter and then i bought these leads on ebay that i though were a bargain, wondering if these leads are going to be what i need and whether i need a aerial adapter and where i could possible get one

You're a lucky man! I was watching those leads, I bought some less than a week ago and paid £35 + postage!

Yes you will need an aerial adaptor, I did too.

Once you've got that and received your leads, the headunit should be plug and play, very easy to install.
