it'll cost loadsssss of money, even if you're doing all the work yourself. it's not just a simple case of bolting on a turbo and mapping..

also, t-jet turbz is limited to about 145bhp unless you wana destroy it...not really a worthwhile gain for the money itl cost

i see you're from altrincham...gimme a shout if you're ever up todmorden ways...il take you for a spin in the t-jet and you can see what its like, i'd be interested in seeing how it compares

yup, i used to live in wigan so i'd come down the m62 not far from altrincham but i end up going m65 ways now

The t-jet engine can handle a hell of a lot more power than that, the essesse comes with 180 standard. Its still not worth it though really, just sell up and buy a tjet/abarth (y)
yeah as vance said i was talking about the standard turbo... and i'd hardly call 180 a hell of a lot more power

and i know there are people running more than that... but to pass 200bhp on a t-jet block would cost silly amounts of money... i know a lot of people do it for the enjoyment but if it were me, id rather just get a quicker, higher spec car to start with

200 bhp is reasonably easy to get outa the t-jet, but in answer to op I wudnt bother it will take hours to get it all plumbed in and it will cost a bomb, if ur rly set on a turbo conversion do it to a 100bhp panda and be cool lol
