Hi all, I have a 2006 GP 1.3 JTD which I have owned for around 8 months. When I bought the car from the dealer it was suffering from a rough idle on occasion which the dealership sorted by fitting a new alternator as the old one supposedly had a slightly bent cam in it which was causing the enigine to idle rough. It started to do it again after a few months but never always at the same time (when either cold/hot or warm start/cold start). It has got worse recently and now idles roughly almost all the time. I do mainly all dual carriageway driving (70 miles a day) and generally keep the revs to around 2000 to save fuel. Wondered if I should give it a good boot but any suggestions would be much appreciated!!:bang:

i had the same prob whith my 1.3 56 plat 90hp vershon and 4 weeks later my MAF sensor went which is the same as the ALFA 147 1.9 jtdm which cost £184 from shop4parts :bang: but at the same time when i changed the MAF i tuck off the EGR valve and made a blanking plat and put it in and ever since iv had no prob's
