Well been a few weeks without my MG. I am actually starting to quite like my little punto.

Good points are I feel much more confident and secure in it. I am loving the bluetooth in it, has come in very handy in all the traffic jams i am getting stuck in while they are building a by pass here. Fuel economy is great even taking into account sitting in the traffic jams I am averaging 42 miles to the gallon. It is very easy to manouvre and park.

Bad points are common as muck loads of them round here. Blind spots are quite large - I am still taking roundabouts quite wide because of that and it takes about 6 weeks to get from 0-60.





Also starting to get used to the husky van, its a lot easier to drive than I thought but I ao don't like parking it. I don't like driving it to work just because that road is so tight and such a nightmare while they are building the by pass. Tight turns and roundabouts are a bit tricky lol. So much easier for coping with the dogs though.

Can you not strap a few of them to the front of the punto that should speed it up a bit ;-)

I dont think the gp is. Bad for blind spots the front pillar isn't much of an issue if you move your head a bit

Front pillar is pretty **** to be fair. Actually its proper bad.

To be fair on the GP i find viability very good all round there is the smallest of motorway blind spots suppose the 5 door might have a bigger one and the front pillar granted

I find the blind spots in my GP a problem tooo due to maaahuuusive pillars....well solution is to get used to it I guess....wats the engine spec u got there mate ?

It's fine apart from that ****ing pillar. There's this long downhill right hand bend where I live and its just like driving it blind. Obviously you can move your head, but then you look like a right retard with your bonce glued to the windscreen. Why is it actually that size to house the airbag? Might need the ****er with zero vision mind! Haha
