Hey, that's just the tip, not including the centre section.
No offence, but shouldn't you be more worried about putting time and effort into your driving lessons before even thinking about modding the car, you said your looking at Just under 4 grand for insurance on your car as it is. Unless it was you that won the euro millions...

Well as it happens, I rung the insurance company up, and asked them what the difference would be and to my surprise it was about 100 pounds so I'm

Took me close to 40 lessons, although I firmly believe my instructor was ripping me off, as the last 20 were all pretty much exactlly the same and I didn't really learn anything.
40 x £20 = £800 + £theory + £actual test (+possible re-sits £££)
Expensive! I don't know how much lessons, the theory test or indeed the actual test cost these days.

Well my sister got like 10 lessons for 150 and 22 each from now on, not bad really, considering he said she was going to get into her test next week, (12 lessons in = under 200 pounds)
Yeah, my instructor was crap I really should have changed! Passed first time though.
Jeez, I'm sure the theory was about £25 and the test was about £35-£40 when I sat it!!!

I passed after 7
I did 30 lessons @ 22 Pounds 2 Theorys @35? each and lastly practical which is way more than 100
