Technical Bi-Xenon Headlight Help?

yeh they should to mate, jus becarefull for police tho because the grandes headlights reflect the light like a mofo and are stupidly bright, but its up to u init, iv jus got them in my fogs so they dont need to be on all the time.

No. They are illegal, they don't angle the light properly, and they blind other road users. Also, you'll fail your MOT, which means you car is technically not road worthy.

you can fit neon headlamp ,but you will also have to fit washer jets ,due to how the beam deflects when the headlamp is dirty. washer jets are required to keep them clean...obviously any lamp you fit must be type approved etc

Also need auto levelling.

Also they aren't true bi-xenon. Your link is to HID headlamps with the shields on, the shields move to allow the light to scatter differently causing it to light up a different part of the road, i.e full beams. Proper Bi-Xenons have like a HID headlamp but then for full beams they have a standard halogen bulb next to them. Either like this http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/202868193/Bi_xenon_H4H_L_lamp.html or like this http://fondosdibujosanimados.com.es/wallpaper/Bixenon/

For the legallity thing, the auto levelling and washers have to come with the car and headlamp units as well as the head light units having to be type apporved for the correct type of bulb... but there are loads of threads on this.

Hmmm this is all very annoying is there any way of making the normal ones more bright/whiter?

Thanks
Ross

Just get what you want. Yes they are bright and glare abit, just dip them low as they can, and yes the bulbs will fail on mot (just plug your normal bulbs in for that hour or so).

Just double check what you are buying is true bi-xenon and not a cheap reflector that just points the beam in a different way. Id just get a hi-low kit, you'll never need full beam for visibility anyway.

ROSS! : P

Don't buy xenons. Especially around here and we havent got projector style headlights so they look a bit pants. I got some white looking bulbs off of Ebay and some slightly blue L.E.D Sidelights and they tinged the light colour so I have almost white light.

Problem is I find that with the bulbs off of Ebay they are not as bright as standard bulbs. But I suppose you get what you pay for!
