Hi guys,

Just bought my new grande, Im wanting to get one of those black bonnet covers that should hopefully stop stone chips ect.

I dont even know what they are called!

Can someone point me in the right direction and can someone also give me some sort of price i will be looking at.

just watch it though because although they will stop chips any dirt that gets in behind it will mark or scratch your paint

Just save your money. Get it wrapped in clear 3m film if you are intent on doing something.

How much are we talking for a full body film?

For now, I will just get the bonnet cover and hopefully by the time I've got the money saved up I won't have had any chips

You will have chips and you will have an extremely scratched bonnet with a bonnet bra on

They look silly unless the car is styled to pull it off. Besides, my bonnet isn't in too bad a condition considering the car has done 80k, its the bumper that's chipped to hell. Bonnet bra ain't gonna stop that.

take the bra off regularly and wash on and under and should be fine, more hassle than its worth but ok for occasional use.
