So, today I woke up, day off work.. And it was sunny! :D

So, this gave me the boost to add to my car :)

I have customised my badge :) White writing and black background with a chrome surround.

Then I decided to spray my cars top grille black! This went extremely well... Although after a couple seconds looking at it, I decided the grilles don't match in colour. Next task, paint the other grilles -.-

My girlfriend decides by taping up the front foglight sections that I will now go and tell my mates she helped me do it... lol

I will soon be placing my vinyl in between the two grilles and then this will complete the whole sort of effect I am going for :)

And then smaller front plate to finish :)

Let me know what you think :) btw, alloys should arrive tomorrow oor the next day!!!!! :D

Close up... A chip seems to have occurred... however, still cant see it unless you get up close to it :) Hope this is better?

You've done exactly the same as my good self and got exactly the same result, nice looking grill when stationery, and then when you start driving it you soon realise your nice grill will become a dot to dot grill :D

The grill on mine looks really horrible now having done a few thousand on a painted, standard grill - it will get worse, honestly!

So today I'm buying an FK badgless grill and will be adding vinyl to the bit between the grill's, once i find out where to get it from (y)

I thought that :ROFLMAO:

As for the grille chipping, it doesn't if you laquer it properly, I sprayed mine before I had my fk one and it was fine up to the day I braked too sharp and ran over it after it popped out :D

Did you really paint the grill and fog light covers while they were still on the car?

Not the grilles :p

Just the fog light bits :) Trying to push them out felt like i was gonna snap them... So just masked around the fog light ones. Took the other two out. :)

Do you have any mates that fancy a black Tjet for 6.5k? :p
