A few months ago when I had the water pump changed by Arnold Clark Fiat, they refilled the reservior with blue coolant instead of the orange stuff which was in the car beforehand. Could this cause any problems?

It does look a bit murky compared to the orange which still looked brand new at 5 years old. The level is low aswell so I'm guessing i would need to use Blue Paraflu to top it up...

I've heard that red/orange/pink (whatever it is :p) is more durable than the others.

Although I don't think there is a problem using an other one.Just don't mix different colors.

you could just top it up with water, im sure it won't dilute it too much and it'll be fine over summer (not gonna freeze or anything!)

From what i remember the "red" stuff has different anti corrosion additives in compared to the blue along with a longer working life and additional lubricants to keep the water pump happy

That's kinda annoying as I only got the water pump replaced as a precautionary measure when the timing belt was changed.
