We all know that due to the limited numbers of T-Jets/M-Jets on our roads, and the even smaller number of modified ones, many other road users take us for granted, and try to show us up in their ego-fuelled-automobiles.

So I thought I'd create this thread (credit goes to Dom130 for the name) so we can all share such experiences where our noble GPs have proved themselves

sat at a set of lights and a boy pulled up in a 100 year old vauxhall nova with a scud missile launcher tailpipe, perfect primer paintjob and a top value of about £2 to look at it.
anyhow he was giving me the evils through the side window etc, i decided to give me car a bit of a pedal full when the lights changed.
so i did this (on a closed circut of course,) and floored it for england, this nova took of like a drag car. god knows what he was running in there but it would of left supercars for dust like it did me. i felt a real spangle......
by the time i got halfway down the dual carraigeway he had gone into a new country ffsake lol...

hahahahahahaha I know a few lads that have blown thousands and thousands into old novas etc with 2litre turbo engines. Not my cup of tea but jesus christ they go!

Lately ive embarrassed... A chap in a lovely sounding 370z, my mate in his new cupra with the dsg box, my mates manual Mk5 R32, a collection of large diesel engined audis (2.7 & 3ltr tdis etc) a few little pocket rocket civics on friday night when I passed trafford centre

List goes on. People seem to want to race me..

I suppose to turn the thread around I have to give my best story, and no it's not the one where I beat the Focus ST or Civic Type-R..

I happened to find myself also on a closed circuit one day, and a dub edition GP pulled up next to me at the lights, I was eyeing up the car (hadn't seen a dub edition one before) and he kept staring back at me with a massive grin on his face, he then started revving his engine (bearing in mind he was a middle aged businessman in a suit). I let him get ahead a bit off the lights, and then just flew past him when I actually put my foot down. Then at the next set of lights we were side by side again and he refused to make eye contact, pretending to rub his head to hide his facial expression which probably looked something like this:

I love letting upper class cars pull away then just train passed them whilst kind of saying in my head... SINABITTTT!! hahahah inner child

Yeah there was the RS version of the Audi A8 right up my arse one night as I was overtaking some cars, so I decided to move over to the second lane and just floor it so he couldn't get past me. To my surprise it actually worked!

I always get people racing me on the way back from work (I finish at 11pm) Like I said in than other thread a douche in a clio sport 182 pulled up next to me with his massive arse exhaust, at first I thought it was a 1.2 or whatever, he starting proper revving it but I just went straight past him.

Around my area theres so many done up 1.0 & 1.2 corsas its insane lol When I pulled out from a cinema with my car full, a boy in a black corsa tried to impress his gf in the passenger seat but he had no chance & I just left him on the horizon lol

I was on a duel carriage way and over took a mondao as the lights had changed a head of me and i was in a hurry to get home. The next thing i notice is the mondao had started to pull past me and under take me, dropped it into 4th and mashed by foot to the floor. I must say my fiat did me proud and i just glided past him very comfortably, couldn’t resisted looking at him as I went past knowing he could do nothing about it. Once past the lights the road narrowed into one and i had to stop at an island he pulled up behind me and was looking anywhere but at me in front of him.

I do think people underestimate gps in general, when I tell people at work I have got a Grande Punto they automatically assume it’s a 1.2/1.4 petrol. They don’t expect that sort of car to be packing 130 bhp standard.
The only place the mjet lets it’s self-down is off the line (A) it just spins the wheel in 1st and 2nd gear, in the wet this is twice as bad and (B) you run out of rpm so quick in 1st and 2nd 4k rpm isn’t much to play with considering even the worst petrols will got to 6.5K and don't get me started on VTECT (I think it is unsporting ) not even worth attempting to race that off the line.
Once in third gear and with a nice warm engine then you can put a few chavs in their place tho

You cant get an RS8

Tuned Tjets and Mjets are relatively quick but if a 3.0 derv wants to lose you it will. Ive driven a 335d enough to know how much quicker they are than any tuned Mjet/Tjet.

hi guys, im new to ff. just thaught id let u know my m8s gota pug 306 gti6 wich is cammed and all sorts and off the mark i stayed on his back bumper all the way to 20 mph b4 we had to brake... he wasnt happy

You can get an RS8.

No you cant. Not from factory. Just because they stick crap wheels, dodgy bumper and a tuning package it doesnt make it an RS8.

You can get an S8 from Audi though.

Even if its an S8 its a V10, no GP is gonna stick with one of those if it wants to get a shift on lol
