hoping to replace the discs and pads all round this weekend

just wondered if anyone had any figures for torque settings after replacing the discs/rotors... or if they knew where i could look it up?

i've not got a haynes manual or anything, was just hoping to do it without

just a quick warning, i replaced my pads last weekend, and the calliper was a right b**ch to get back to its position, in order to get it over the new pads, they were both pretty much solid, even with some rust spray in there. it took me near enough 2 hours to do front pads just trying to push/screw calliper thing back in position. whether its just mine or a common gp problem, just letting you know in case (y)

Check the guides section ;) (y)

did the front yesterday, managed to do the second side pretty easy after having done it once.

don't suppose you've replaced the back have you? i'm a bit worried about the handbrake cable and loosening it/disconnecting it

Why do you need to remove the Handbrake cable - i didn't.:p
guessing you just left the handbrake off then?

i'm just going off the guide and its saying to loosen the handbrake cable.. then remove it?

i was thinking i'd park it against the curb, release handbrake... disconnect cable... then replace?

The back are fairly easy (once you get those locating screws off, i had to drill mine sideways, get a screwdriver in the groove and hit it with a hammer) tried an impact driver but that didnt work :(

just chock the car with bricks (or wheel chocks if you have them) loosen wheel bolts, dis-engage handbrake, jack car up, remove wheels.... you know what to do :)
