Hi guys .

I recently put new cams I'n my t jet and was running fine until this fault code came up . My car now only runs half boost and but then sometimes let's me run fall boost . I'm guessing it's a f""kd crank sensor . The cams are time as when diary put I'n fired up straight away doesn't take. While to start . I would like to no what it is ? Are these sensors normally dodgy ?

Napper, use some grammar please makes it easier for people that can help you to fix the issue. Otherwise they may just take one look at it and go, I dont want to decipher this!

PS did you put the fast Road cams in and did they make a difference?

Some people on here from other countries use better grammar.
That didn't make a lot of sense.

Google the error code- it's a crank/cam sensor synchronisation error, ie, the two signals aren't matching correctly for TDC. It's a common error when the cam timing isn't right.

Who did the work, and did they use the official timing tools? Also did they reset the self adaptives and perform a phonic wheel learn after fitting the cams?
