Hi bought a ripspeed universal air filter cone, guys in the shop made it sound really easy to fit (maybe it is and im being a noob) but I dont know how to fit it - help please!!!

I assume your air filter is in a black box and soon as you open engine bay?. To have a cone filter you need a piece of pipe from the air inlet and vent in to the drivers footwell. This is the way on a 1.2 so i assume its the same as that.

okay can i use the pipe already attatched to the car (from the air filter box to the engine) or do i need a new one? Which end do i attatch it to?

Seriously just take it back. How much did you pay for it?

Why? About thirty quid.

You can get them for £10 off ebay. You will lose power with it as its just going to suck in hot air.
