Technical Wipers stopped working, Clicking fuse? & temp gage and rev counter not working?

Got in my car today after it been sat for about 4 weeks. The battery was flat but after a couple of cranks it got going. However went to go and use the wipers and they wont work. They seems to be a clicking noise coming from the fuse box. The rear wiper is working fine. Also the temperature gage and rev counter seem to have gone all strange. They do work sometimes, but they don't really move off the bottom. Is it just a fuse or what? Btw its a 2007 Grande Punto 1.2 Active 3d

Give the battery a good charge then try again. Most likely it was just that there wasn't enough juice left to power the electrics.
