Off Topic Argument with Blackburn motorpark lol

As I understand it motorparks deal with most mass produced cars from ford to Kia and most brands in between, except the prestige marques so it is possible the salesman would not know everything about each model of each manufacturer especially if they are reasonably new to selling and the cars are a few years old.
It's hard enough to find a salesman at a single manufacturer main dealer that knows about his or her own brand, let alone any of the others. you would almost need an encyclopedic knowlerdge of all the cars from all the years to know what feature was on what car in a particular year.
These salesman just rely on whether you like the car or not to sell it to you and if you like the car,you buy it,if not you don't.
It would also be nearly impossible for these motorparks to have brochures from every model they have in from all the years, even though they may not stock cars over say 5 years old, they probably wouldn't have the time to research it for you either.
These are just my observations and thoughts.
