I apologize for being so rubbish with stuff like this but, if I wanted to connect and aux to my blaupunkt head unit with all the correct cables etc.. where do I lead the aux cable after its plugged in? I cant just have the head unit loose? do I need any tools? Or is it a matter of threading it?

Could push it behind the heater controls while headunit is removed and bring it out the the compartment infront of the cup holders, or it will go straight across to the glove box with out drilling and holes!

I'm hoping this is simple, even for someone who's never done anything like this?

Dont worry its a dodle. Im not experienced with cars at all and its easy. bought the cable off ebay for about £15. You pull the head unit out, plug in one end of the cable that clips into it , then feed the audio jack down the back, behind the controls and it comes out by the cup holders. Sorted.
