just wondering what are the 0-60 times of the diesel grande punto.
i am looking at one that is 190bhp and just shy of 350 torque i think what would be the 0-60 tine ?
 
All of these 1.9's with just a remap and running "200bhp" are all very optimistic I think.

I'd be interested to see what a red dot remapped MJET makes on other rolling roads.
 
Well the graphs don't lie........do they??

Depends, if they are quoting flywheel figures your looking at a 10% loss for a FWD car, so 180bhp becomes 162, and 200, becomes 180bhp

Diesels are all about the torque tho......

And 0-60 of low 7s should be possible with 200bhp tbh, 155Bhp and 7.8/7.9 for the abarth and 7.4 for 180Bhp SS

Exactly, if your buying a diesel its all about mid range pulling power not rapid acceleration from a standstill.
 
1.9 mjet 176bhp gsr and tcs tuning remap (through peter).

0-60: 7.2 seconds, with me and another person in the car to time it.

highest i got was 7.8.

I would like to see the difference between a mjet with gsr and remap from red dot compared to mine or anyone elses who has got the same set up but didnt take it to red dot, would be quite interesting i think :), or maybe not as i doubt there would be any difference (y)
 
Yes my graph is flywheel but Reddot said mine was the highest he had done to date. And yes as I Said before, Diesels are not for 0-60, Its in gear acceleration. I find it funny that people complain that their turbo's are going when they're doing 0-60 runs and ragging it to feck
 
155hp and 370 of torque and i'm doing low 8's. Not that i'm doing that all the time. As said above, in gear acceleration is better for diesels.
