General Please help, grande punto number plate

I brought a GP a while ago and the number plate was on the dash in the car and not attached to the front.

Heres the problem, today I have my first MOT booked and just tried to put the number plate back on the car but there are no holes in the plate or in the bumper!

What can I do to get it on so it passes its MOT?

use double sided sticky tape??

Go to Local Halfords, bumper adhesive stickers, ask the staff, you want about 4 bits (1 packet?) at 1mm then just stick onto the back of the plate first then the plate onto the bumper

This is what I have used, make sure u use enough of the sticky things tho.

Seriously how long have you been running around with the plate being properly positioned?!? As aid above use proper double sided tape and get it screwed in properly soon.
