hi is there such thing at a hub adaptor to go from 4 to 5 stud fitment or not
Yes, but they're (obviously) very thick, so you need to account for that in the offset (ET) value of the wheels you're fitting
I agree. Better off with smaller set.Bearing in mind it's a 1.2, I personally wouldn't bother, hub adaptors are not cheap (easily £200 for both axles) and combine them with a set of alloys are going to add a lot of weight for that little engine to try and push.
Generally these hub adapters are used for extravagant designs, like fitting porsche wheels etc, bearing in mind Jamie's is a 1.2 and his manages fine, what wheels you looking at? if your looking at this style try lowering the size of the alloy say to a 16", and take the savings to put towards a decent set of coilys and balance it out by lowering it
So would 16"s look okay with eibach sportlines I brought theses to fit when I got new alloys!
Im not 100% sure, I think it will look good, if you have them now, why dont you have them fitted now, cant harm closing the gap on the 15's, and see in comparison if it will suit 16s.
The 16's I have seen are wheels like borbets etc, generally euro style GP's like Jamie's where they are slammed and having the 16's its balanced out nicely and fits the style intended.
Arnt all borbets 5 stud?
