just here for some advise and where to get hold of a bravo t jet turbo i had my car remapped this week only reaching 132hp at the end but up to 3500 rpm i have gained 120nm and around 60 hp compared to stock... was a bit gutted to be fair but was told i need a bravo turbo to go big and he will do my next car for free for messing me about ....and i have been looking for a bravo turbo for agess now and just cannot find one any where help please

were did you get your remaped

never heard of them, but a quick google and it seems they are just another doorstep mapper.
where did you go for the rr to find out you have 132hp

at his place i no alot of people bin there and had no problems with big improvements jsut mine was unsuccessfull

is it Shires Performance? or some one else with the same name?

yes it is shires performance

i dont want to put a bad name out for him as he is a good bloke and has tryed so hard and has been successfull with other cars .. but just bit gutted

You have 132bhp and this includes a gain of 60bhp...

So your car has 75ish standard...correct? Pretty awesome increase if that is the case.

no the car is the grande punto t jet 120hp the 60hp is at around 3500rpm and gained 120nm at 3500 but the overall hp at the end is 132

ye its tourqe is un real but would just be nice to have that bit extra at top range out of the turbo

ah more googleing shows he now has a rr road, but just a dyno dynamic one better than nothing i suppose.

did he start off as a doorstep mapper and then get this rr when he moved in to this new place at the start of the year? because most of the posts ive found on other forums says he was going to people.


what have others got out of their T-jets then?

did they do a before run? if rr not used right it could be not showing right readings, if it was under on the before run then it will be reading under on the after run too

he owned another place before ...

its a long story really i have a mate that has one and got it done but but this was mobile and then couple of months later he put a bravo turbo on it and its reading 196 hp but have no idea what the map did

but i have exactly the same map i had it done in janruary and he came to my house and last month i had it rolling roaded and was disappointed so i rang him and he said take it up he paid for fuel to get there and above was the outcome

and he put the car back to stock and it was showing 122.9 hp

i really dont understand your problem, you had it remapped and dont like it ?
if its 122hp standard your not gonna be reaching 160 on just a remap is it

I dont get what your problem is either. Did you expect to get 190 odd brake off the standard turbo?

what does every one else get? i still not sure what we are comparing it to?

Mine ran 140ish standard and 152 after GSR and map so his gain is about right on standard turbo.

the car is running 122 standard on a punto t jet 120

the map has brought it up to 132

but up to 3500 rpm i have gained an extra 120nm and around 60 hp and after that it works its way back down to standard

i believe this is because the turbo is not carrying enough boost that is why i am in need of a bravo turbo
